This Privacy Policy describes how Sonberg Consulting AB (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you install or use the Supply Guard app (“the App”) in connection with your Shopify store. We retain data for as long as your subscription remains active. When you uninstall the app, data is deleted within 30 days unless legally required otherwise. You may also request deletion via supply-guard@sonberg-consulting.se.
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, or object to processing. Requests can be sent to supply-guard@sonberg-consulting.se.
We use encryption (HTTPS/TLS), secure storage, and access controls on Microsoft Azure (EU region). While no system is completely secure, we continuously improve our safeguards.
Data is processed and stored in the European Union. If transferred outside the EU, we rely on approved Standard Contractual Clauses.
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Continued use of the App after updates indicates acceptance of the new terms.
